Terms of Use
Last updated September 25, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the I/O Fit app and website. By using I/O Fit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Health and safety
I/O Fit is not medical advice. Suggestions such as progression targets, calorie and macro targets, recovery estimates and warm-ups are general information, not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or qualified coach. Talk to a professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have a health condition. Exercise carries a risk of injury; train within your limits and stop if something hurts.
Your account
You can use I/O Fit as a guest or with an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use I/O Fit.
I/O Fit Pro
- Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to that account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If an offer includes a free trial, you'll be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We may offer Pro for free or at a discount, for example through promo codes or to early supporters. Complimentary access can be time-limited.
Your content
Everything you log in I/O Fit belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the app for you, including syncing it between your devices. When you share an exercise, template or program, anyone with the link can view and import it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse I/O Fit. That includes trying to access other people's data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it beyond what the law allows, or using share links to distribute anything unlawful or abusive.
Third-party data
Nutrition information comes from third-party databases and user entries, and may contain mistakes. Check labels when accuracy matters to you.
App store terms
If you downloaded I/O Fit from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement controls for your use of the app on Apple devices. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.
Changes and availability
We're always improving I/O Fit, so features may change. We may also update these terms; if we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app. You can stop using I/O Fit at any time, and we may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
I/O Fit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available, or that it will produce any particular fitness result. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for I/O Fit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
